Senior Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences (Contract)

At NES Fircroft, were more than a recruitment business—were trusted partners to some of the worlds most innovative organisations. As our Life Sciences Contract division continues to expand, were looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive the next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of your own desk, build long-term client partnerships, and recruit specialist contractors across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology sectors.

What Youll Be Doing

Own & Grow Your Desk

Manage your own contract recruitment desk, developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates while driving revenue growth.

Recruit Specialist Talent

Source, interview and place highly skilled professionals into niche contract opportunities across Life Sciences, including Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices and CROs.

Build Talent Pipelines

Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting and market mapping to identify and engage hard-to-find talent.

Develop Client Relationships

Partner with existing clients whilst identifying new business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive business development.

Deliver a Consultative Service

Gain a deep understanding of your clients technical, regulatory and commercial requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Ensure Compliance

Manage contractor onboarding and maintain full compliance with NES Fircroft processes, industry regulations and client-specific requirements.

Proven experience within a 360 recruitment agency environment
Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Engineering, Technical or another specialist market
Strong headhunting and sourcing capability
A proactive business development mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A genuine desire to build a successful, long-term career
