In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site tyre fitting services directly at customer locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service. Your expertise will help customers get back on the road quickly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work independently, demonstrate technical skills, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site tyre replacements, repairs, and maintenance for a variety of vehicle types, including cars, vans, and light trucks
Use hand tools and power tools to remove old tyres and fit new ones accurately and safely
Inspect tyres for damage or wear, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure proper installation
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks related to tyres and suspension components
Assist customers with questions regarding tyre care and provide professional advice to enhance vehicle safety
Lift heavy tyres safely using proper techniques and equipment to prevent injury or damage
Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including parts used and work completed

Experience

Mechanical knowledge with a strong understanding of vehicle tyre systems and basic automotive maintenance
Hands-on experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tyre levers
Proficiency with power tools used in tyre fitting and vehicle maintenance tasks
Prior experience in mobile or on-site automotive repair or tyre fitting is preferred but not essential—training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
