Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our premises, as well as walking our dogs on a daily basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and possess strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure all rooms and communal spaces meet cleanliness standards set by the organisation.
Daily walking and feeding of dogs.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain organised storage of cleaning equipment and materials.
Changing bedding and washing/ironing of clothes and bedding as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Must be a dog lover and happy to feed/walk dogs on a daily basis.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
