Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Metal Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality metal components through precise fabrication and welding techniques. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of durable structures, custom parts, and assemblies that meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other metal components.
Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding and other welding techniques to join metals with precision and consistency.
Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely while maintaining quality standards.
Measure materials accurately using basic math skills to ensure proper fit and alignment during assembly.
Conduct inspections of finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols throughout the fabrication process.

Skills

Proficiency in TIG welding and welding techniques.
Experience working with sheet metal, mechanical assembly, and fabrication processes.
Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment operation.
Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Good physical dexterity and attention to detail to produce high-quality work.
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to metal fabrication and welding.
