Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a friendly demeanour, and prior office experience. This position offers an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organisation while contributing to efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls, direct enquiries, and take messages as needed
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation for staff members
Handle correspondence via email, post, and other communication channels
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and physical
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
Support team members with various administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
