Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Courier and become the vital link that keeps our operations moving smoothly! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering packages efficiently and safely, ensuring timely service for our customers. Your driving expertise and excellent communication skills will help create a positive experience every step of the way. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be active, organized, and integral to our logistics network.

Duties

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages to various locations within designated routes
Load and unload parcels, including heavy items requiring physical strength and proper lifting techniques
Verify delivery details and obtain signatures or proof of delivery from recipients
Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly
Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any maintenance needs
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices at all times

Requirements

Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations not essential as training is provided
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; <PERSON> driver certification preferred
Experience with warehouse operations and heavy lifting required for handling packages
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Ability to navigate using GPS or maps efficiently in urban or rural settings
Physical ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the shift
