Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team in the role of butcher This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a busy shop contributing to the daily running of the shop The successful candidate will be fully qualified in butchery must be able to prep carcass meat, be trustworthy hard working and reliable

Duties

Assist with butchery tasks, including meat preparation and portioning
Ensure all food preparation areas are maintained in a clean, organised, and hygienic manner in compliance with food safety regulations
Operate equipment safely and efficiently during food production processes
Support the team in maintaining stock levels and proper storage of ingredients
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold quality standards

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
