Join the Team at Pinkstones MG & Used Cars - Dual Service & Parts Advisor

Location: Trent Vale, Stoke-on-Trent
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pinkstones MG & Used Cars is a successful, family-owned dealership with a reputation for outstanding customer service and professionalism. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Dual Service & Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines front-of-house service reception with parts administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Service Advisor Duties

Welcoming customers and providing a professional first point of contact.
Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and MOTs.
Liaising with technicians throughout the day to keep customers informed.
Preparing estimates and explaining work required.
Processing invoices and arranging vehicle collection.
Maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service journey.

Parts Advisor Duties

Ordering, receiving and managing parts stock.
Supplying technicians with required parts efficiently.
Identifying and sourcing parts using manufacturer systems.
Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control.
Processing retail and trade parts enquiries.
Ensuring accurate pricing and invoicing.

About You

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience in a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor or similar motor trade role (preferred).
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Be organised with strong attention to detail.
Be confident using computer systems and dealership software.
Work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude.
Hold a full UK driving licence.
