Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes, and ensuring the smooth operation of food preparation processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to showcase their skills within a vibrant hospitality environment. The Chef will play a role in maintaining food safety standards, inspiring team members, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations at all times.
monitor stock levels to minimise waste.
Develop new menu items in collaboration with management, maintaining creativity and quality.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment in accordance with hygiene standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management.
Experience in team management, including training and motivating staff members.
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service standards. This role is perfect for a dedicated culinary professional eager to lead by example while delivering outstanding culinary creations in a fast-paced environment.
