Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Porter, where your energy and dedication will ensure our guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience during the overnight hours. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and departures, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the security and smooth operation of the hotel. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create memorable stays for our guests, all while working in a lively, fast-paced environment that values your contribution.

Duties

Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during night hours with professionalism and warmth
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with excellent customer service skills
Conduct night audit procedures
Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, patrolling premises, and controlling access points to safeguard guests and staff
Handle phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to respond to guest requests or internal communications
Address guest concerns promptly, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting incidents, and updating guest information

Experience

Strong background in guest services, guest relations, and customer support within a hospitality setting
Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management systems is preferred
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
Knowledge of security protocols and resort operations will be considered an asset
