Full job description

The Hotel Folk have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our friendly team at The Swan at Lavenham Hotel and Spa.

This role is a full-time position, however, you will need to be flexible as we have a mixture of shifts which are during the day, in the evenings and over some weekends - all on a rota basis.

Key Tasks Required

To provide outstanding customer service at all times to each and every guest
To support with general administration tasks and restaurant bookings for the hotel
To Respond to guest and customer requests courteously and efficiently at all times
Good Telephone Manner, answering any enquires and taking bookings
To be aware of all arrivals/departures, functions, special events and special requests.
To handle events queries and reservations efficiently and effectively.
