As Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, deliver commercial results and create a positive, high-performing culture.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role

You'll help lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellent standards, smooth operations and a consistently great guest experience.
Developing and inspiring your team, you'll support the recruitment, training and development of team members, creating an environment where people feel motivated, supported and able to perform at their best.
You'll take ownership of key performance measures, helping the team achieve targets relating to sales, profitability, guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
You'll help ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, resolving issues positively and creating experiences that encourage them to return.
From stock management and labour scheduling to compliance and food safety, you'll help ensure the restaurant operates efficiently, safely and in line with company standards.
