Johnsons Leisure Ltd is one of the UK’s largest independent retailers of premium outdoor living products, with multiple display villages and a growing national presence. As a family-run business, we’ve built our reputation on integrity, quality, expertise and long-term customer relationships, helping people enhance how they live at home and enjoy their outdoor space.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our unique display village at Knights Garden Centre, set within the pleasant surroundings of a well-established garden centre.

You will be selling a premium range of outdoor living products including garden rooms, hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and composite decking, helping customers create beautiful spaces for work, relaxation and wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing

Engaging directly with customers, generating interest and guiding them through the sales journey
Building rapport and delivering a high-quality, consultative sales experience
Learning from an established and successful sales team
Supporting the Area Manager with day-to-day sales activity and branch performance

What we’re looking for

A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Proven customer-facing experience (sales experience advantageous but not essential)
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good IT and organisational skills
Energy, enthusiasm and a desire to succeed

What we offer

£13.00 per hour, uncapped commission
Full training provided and ongoing development
