Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Barista who takes pride in delivering excellent coffee and customer service in a clean, organised, and efficient environment.

This is a dual-role position. Alongside barista duties, you will support the kitchen with food preparation, assisting wherever the business requires.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a dual-position role combining front-of-house barista service with back-of-house prep support. We believe in building a fully cross-trained team where everyone supports one another and no two days are the same.

You will:

Prepare consistently high-quality coffee to standard.
Deliver confident, warm customer service.
Work across all areas of the business including coffee preparation, customer service, food preparation, stock management and opening/closing duties.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Support smooth service flow during busy periods.
Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and organisation.
Work occasional late evenings as required.

Please note: We are a licensed venue and occasionally operate late evenings. Flexibility to work these shifts is required.

What We Expect

Minimum 1 year barista experience (essential)
Confident working independently during busy service.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Flexibility for weekends, early starts, bank holidays and occasional late evenings.
Professional attitude and team-first mindset.

The Contract

This position offers approximately 30 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours through events, catering and our mobile coffee trailer.

Shifts will include:

Weekdays and weekends.
Early starts.
Bank holidays.
Occasional late evenings.

Experience:

Barista: 1 year (required)
Hospitality/Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
