We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands on Restaurant Manager to join our growing team at Trinco, Sutton.

Trinco is more than just a restaurant. We are a vibrant venue that hosts weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and weekly dining experiences. With a stylish restaurant, flexible event spaces, and our popular rooftop bar open every Saturday, no two days are the same.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced hospitality environment and enjoys leading a team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and events.
Managing and motivating a team of approximately 10 front-of-house staff.
Leading service for weddings, private functions, and large-scale events.
Working closely with the Head of Front of House Manager to maintain the highest service standards.
Assisting with menu planning and helping develop seasonal food and beverage offerings.
Ensuring excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Managing staff rotas, training and performance.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and health & safety.
Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and helping control costs.
Handling customer feedback professionally and resolving any issues efficiently.
Supporting the planning and delivery of special events and promotions.
Taking ownership of the rooftop bar operation every Saturday, ensuring smooth service and a great atmosphere.
Being a visible leader on the floor, supporting the team during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.
Experience managing weddings, events, or high-volume service is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A positive, hands-on attitude with a passion for hospitality.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Flexible to work a mixture of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
