Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various digital platforms. Your keen eye for detail and efficient workflow will ensure data integrity and support the smooth operation of our administrative processes. Responsibilities

Enter data accurately into designated computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets in a timely manner
Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing source documents and cross-checking entries
Maintain and update existing data records to ensure consistency and completeness
Organize and file digital documents systematically for easy retrieval
Assist with generating reports by compiling data from various sources as needed
Follow established procedures to ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to data entry software or hardware

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, with the ability to navigate databases efficiently
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks
Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of information systematically
Good communication skills for clarifying data discrepancies or issues
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting is a plus
Prior experience in data entry or computer operation roles is preferred but not mandatory
