Full job description

A part time / full barista needed for a coffe lounge and mobile coffee van business, Must have good solid training, does not have to be corporate trained. Driving licence needed as mobile route and events need to be driven too. Food Hygiene level 2. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy is a must. References required as a lot of cash handling is involved. Local family business.

Summary

As a Barista, you will be essential in delivering high-quality coffee and beverage experiences to our customers. Reporting to the Café Manager, you will utilize your core skills in barista experience and serving to craft beverages while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Your ability to manage time effectively and perform basic math will enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, your relevant skills in food preparation will contribute to maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Join our team to create memorable moments for our guests in a vibrant café setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Manage inventory and assist with food preparation as needed, utilizing basic math skills for accurate measurements.
Provide excellent customer service, efficiently handling orders and managing time effectively during busy periods.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining a valid driving license for potential delivery tasks.

Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
