Vertu SEAT Derby - £2,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Join our team at Vertu SEAT Derby and become a valued Prep Technician.

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, tailored to your skills and experience. This package is based on a 40-hour work week, Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn an over-performance bonus!

Join us and receive a £2,000 sign-on bonus—£1,000 in your first month and another £1,000 in month 13.

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. As a Prep Technician you will be responsible for carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDI's) on new and used vehicles. You will ensure the PDI's are carried out to the highest possible standard and within manufacturer guidelines. You will need to work to agreed time frames, and maintain a high level of productivity, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
MOT license preferred but not essential
Your own set of tools
A full UK driving licence
