Full job description

Are you looking for your next challenge?

Working as a Workshop / Goods In Support in this fast-paced team you will play a vital role in ensuring that the goods received / returned are of the quality and condition expected. You will be responsible for ensuring items are safely received and stored and catalogued.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role will be mainly based in the Goods In Department but may also involve working in other areas of the workshop as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of our Workshop team
Electronically booking in items
Receiving new and returned goods
Conducting Inventory and Condition Reports
Quality checking of products coming in
Quantity check to ensure stock levels are correct
Ensuring Goods Out are fulfilled with correct paperwork
Ensuring Goods Out are inspected and packaged properly prior to dispatch.
Ensure paperwork is completed accurately
Keeping the area clean and tidy and well organized.

Skills Required:

Previous experience in a similar role
Good verbal, written and numerical skills
Computer literate
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Counterbalance forklift truck licence would be a huge advantage
A full and clean driving licence would also be an advantage but not a necessity
A good sense of humour and the desire to succeed with the team is key.
