Project Manager – MIYO Brand

Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Location: Wishaw, North Lanarkshire

MIYO Brand is a growing branding business providing businesses across the UK with complete branding solutions, including signage, vehicle graphics, digital print, workwear and creative design.

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Project Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our signage and digital print operations.

This is a key position within the business.

You’ll oversee projects from initial customer enquiry through design, production and installation, while coordinating our graphic designers, production staff, customers and suppliers.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems and ensure jobs move through the business efficiently, accurately and profitably.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our signage and digital print projects are properly planned, communicated and delivered.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements before coordinating our design and production teams to deliver the finished project.

At any one time, you’ll have multiple live jobs at different stages of production, so organisation and communication are essential.

You’ll also work with suppliers, monitor deadlines and ensure the team has everything required to complete each project.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee signage and digital print projects from enquiry through to completion.
Liaise directly with customers and maintain excellent communication throughout their project.
Manage and support graphic designers and production staff.
Plan workloads and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate signage production and installation.
Liaise with suppliers and order materials where required.
Ensure jobs are correctly specified before entering production.
Identify potential issues before they affect production or customers.
Monitor job progress, quality and profitability.
Ensure information flows accurately between sales, design, production and installation.
Help develop and improve internal systems and processes.
Maintain the high standards expected across MIYO Brand.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong management and organisational skills who is comfortable taking responsibility.

Experience within signage, digital print, large-format print, graphics or a similar production environment would be highly advantageous.

You’ll need to be:

Highly organised.
Confident dealing directly with customers.
Comfortable managing and motivating people.
Commercially aware.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Confident dealing with suppliers.
An excellent communicator.
Able to make decisions and solve problems quickly.
Extremely attentive to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Success in this role means projects move smoothly through the business.

Customers know what’s happening.

Designers and production staff know exactly what’s required.

Materials are available when they’re needed.

Deadlines are achieved.

Problems are identified before they become expensive mistakes.

Most importantly, customers receive an excellent finished product and service.

Salary & Progression

Salary will be negotiated based on the successful candidate’s experience and the value they can bring to the role.

For the right individual, there is also the potential to introduce a profit-share arrangement following the successful completion of their first year.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than simply another management position. We want someone who can understand MIYO Brand, take genuine ownership of their department and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
