Full job description

Office Administrator

Location: Darnhall, Winsford, Cheshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Office based)
Salary: £25.4K – 30K, depending on experience

We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our growing team based in Darnhall, Winsford.

This is a varied role within a clean, professional office environment where you'll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

· General office administration

· Answering telephone calls and responding to emails

· Preparing documents and maintaining accurate records

· Data entry and filing

· Assisting with customer enquiries

· Supporting colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks

· Helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office

About You

· Previous office administration experience

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

· Excellent organisational and communication skills

· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently

· A professional, friendly and positive approach
