Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Outreach Worker to join our organisation at 1 step beyond support . The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with communities, supporting clients to attend chosen activity's/hobbies, promoting health initiatives, and supporting programme development. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your leadership, project management, and social media skills to make a positive impact within the community. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about public health, education, and community development. We are currently building our client base in the Telford area and are on the search for a person to join our ever growing team

Requirements

Proven experience in care or supported living services - minimum 1 year experience
Strong skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate outreach activities. .
Administrative experience including report writing and scheduling.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Organised, proactive, with a passion for community development and public service. This role provides an exciting chance for an enthusiastic individual committed to making a difference through community engagement and programme development.
Must hold a Full UK driving licence
No sponsorships available
