This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our ambitious school as a Teaching Assistant.

The Role

As a Secondary School Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. The Ideal Candidate will have

A genuine passion for supporting young people’s learning and personal development.
The confidence to work with students of varying abilities, including those who may need additional encouragement or tailored support.
A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing classroom needs.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and staff.
A positive, resilient attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail when preparing resources or supporting assessment.
A commitment to professional growth, including a willingness to undertake training related to SEND, safeguarding, or behaviour support.
An understanding of the importance of safeguarding and a dedication to maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.
