Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Admin Assistant and become a vital support pillar in our busy office environment! Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries appropriately
Perform data entry tasks accurately using various software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information for team members and management
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management to optimize office productivity
Support clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies
Enter financial data into QuickBooks and prepare basic reports to support accounting processes
Provide general administrative support to team members as needed to ensure seamless daily operations

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Previous administrative experience demonstrating effective clerical skills and data entry accuracy
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Typing speed and accuracy to handle multiple data entry tasks swiftly
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not required
