Job description

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Delta Academies Trust as Director of Operations, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and deliver a wide range of education and support projects across the Trust.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and leading strategically important areas including:

Income generation (lettings, events and café provision)
Procurement and tendering, including identifying funding opportunities
Catering services
Marketing, communications and brand delivery

You will ensure these functions operate as commercially aware, value-for-money services that are fully aligned to the Trust’s strategic priorities.

This is a pivotal leadership role with significant influence over the Trust’s operational efficiency and long-term sustainability, with a direct impact on improving outcomes for our students.
