Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Advisor to work in our successful Barrow Branch Hub we are ideally looking for an experienced property valuer, or those with industry knowledge looking to take the next step in their career if they can demonstrate they are ready to be part of an enthusiastic target driven team, working towards a common goal.

Responsibilities

To successfully list targeted number of properties and ancillary services.

Generate potential valuation, viewing, financial services and legal appointments.
Follow up business leads.
Achieve minimum levels of business targets. Strong negotiation skills.
A clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area is ideal.
Confident and able to work alone, as well as in a team.

Selection Process

1. Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

2. Proven Team-Focused Behaviour: Showcase a track record of being a team player, emphasizing collaboration and contributing positively to a collective goal.

3. Rapport-Building Abilities: Exhibit a natural aptitude for building rapport and connecting with clients and colleagues alike to foster positive relationships.

4. Negotiation Skills and Sales Acumen: Highlight your excellent negotiation skills and innate sales ability, underlining your capacity to navigate transactions successfully.

A full UK driving license is essential along with the ability to work alternate Saturdays.
