Salary: £29,500 per annum
Location: Thurrock Cash Centre

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

As a Depot Technician, you’ll play an important role in maintaining and managing the stock, performance, and availability of our ATM estate. From cassette and machine repairs to technical diagnostics and branding updates, you’ll keep everything running like clockwork from within our depot. We are looking for practical, motivated individuals to join our maintenance team. You don’t need to be a qualified engineer - we are looking for people with a logical mindset and common sense to help us keep our national network running smoothly.

What you will be doing:

· Maintain and manage stock of ATM cassettes, parts, and machines

· Diagnosing and repairing faults on a variety of technical equipment

· Install software and perform part replacements at ATMs

· Assist with ATM commissioning and branding refreshes

· Support budget control and order management

· Conduct basic fleet maintenance checks and repairs

· Ensuring all equipment meets our high standards before it leaves the depot

· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

What you bring to the team:

· Technical know-how (ATM or electronics experience preferred, but a general understanding of electronics is fine)

· Solid organizational skills with stock and workflow tracking

· Excellent problem-solving ability and initiative to find a solution using common sense

· Comfortable using basic tools

· Take pride in your work and understand importance of being a team player

· Good communication and time management skills

· Able to work independently with a high attention to detail

· Full UK driving licence (essential)

· Above all, a willingness to learn, be a quick learner
