Full job description

This roles is office based TN27 for in person applicants only - please do not apply if you are not from the local area and not able to attend the office daily.

We are seeking an Administrator to join our small friendly team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a pro-active approach to administrative tasks.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, providing support to both staff and customers.

You will be responsible for managing various administrative duties, maintaining records, and facilitating communication within the team.

Main responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the service department
Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Managing of Service mailbox
Logging tickets on the CRM and allocating these to the field engineer team
Daily toner alert monitoring and ordering as required
Ordering of parts as required and monitoring stock levels accordingly
Maintain organised records and files, both physical and digital
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction

Desirable Candidate Experience and Qualities:

Previous office experience is essential for this role
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
Ability to work well on your own as well as part of a team
