Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that all beverage orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety and responsible serving practices.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and take their orders with attentiveness and professionalism
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales
Engage with guests to enhance their experience, providing recommendations and answering queries about menu items
Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages
Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest behaviour and intervening when necessary

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles within a restaurant or bar environment is required
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service standards
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
Good organisational skills to keep the bar area clean and well-stocked
Friendly personality with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
