Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated casual Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in food and beverage service.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations as needed.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items meet quality expectations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as required.
Manage cash handling and processing payments accurately.
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality at all times, creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a front of house role.
Experience in catering or barista roles is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service is essential.
