Job Specification: Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant

Our drivers are at the heart of our business. They play a vital role in maintaining our success and reputation by ensuring every order is delivered with care.

Shift pattern

Mon- Fri 06:00AM start (45 hour contract)

Responsibilities

Carry out daily vehicle checks before leaving site.
Use Electronic Proof of Delivery (EPOD) systems.
Complete multi-drop deliveries efficiently.
Assist withloading/unloading where needed.
The role may also include forklift unloading duties for cover, for which full training will be provided if needed.
Keep your vehicle clean, tidy, and roadworthy.
Work productively and adhere to agreed delivery times.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Take care of both vehicle and goods in your responsibility.

Requirements

A full, valid UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
Able to provide references on request.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
