Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to keep operations running seamlessly
Support billing and invoicing processes by preparing documents and verifying financial data with precision
Handle general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and improve overall office efficiency

Requirements

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and administrative capabilities
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
