Overview
Are you a bright and enthusiastic individual looking to join and friendly and welcoming team? We are seeking 2 highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrators to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in various office rolls. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with clients.

Duties
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring an efficient workflow.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
- Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members.
- Provide clerical support to the directors
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment.

Requirements
- Proficiency in computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately for data entry tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and practices.

The positions available are:

Morning position: 8:00am – 12:30pm – Monday to Friday
Afternoon position: 12:30pm – 5:00pm – Monday to Friday

22.5 hours per week but must be flexible to cover holidays
