Responsibilities include supporting daily service, leading in the head chef’s absence, and contributing creative flair to specials and menu development. Responsibilities

' Assist the head chef in preparing high-quality dishes that meet our standards.

Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards according to regulations.
Support food production and presentation to enhance guest satisfaction.
Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
Collaborate with the team to develop new menu ideas.
