Full job description

Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team, where we believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented sales administrator to support our office operations and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary

Processing and managing new sales leads efficiently.
Accurately inputting customer information and updating records within our CRM system.
Communicating with customers via phone, text message, and email, providing exceptional service throughout their journey.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Supporting the wider sales team to achieve business targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Assisting with general administrative duties as required.
Teamwork
As part of this role, occasional appearances on the company’s social media channels may be required, including promotional videos, photographs, or other marketing content. Confidence in representing the business in a professional manner is desirable.
Chance to earn commission after a successful probation period.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Previous experience in an administration, sales support, or customer service role.
Is confident using computers and willing to learn CRM software.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
Can prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Awareness & understanding of FCA Regulation & Data Protection Legislation.
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office software and in particular, Microsoft Excel
Enthusiastic and a positive attitude to work is essential
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaboratively, working with all levels of the business.
Has a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
