Location: Tring, Hertfordshire | Zero-Hours Contract

As part of the Pixl team, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse organised, preparing equipment and helping shows come to life.

What You'll Do

Support Warehouse Operations

Maintain the warehouse and equipment preparation areas in a clean, organised, and efficient condition.
Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and company policies to help maintain a safe working environment.
Support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day warehouse operations and additional duties as required.

Fulfil Equipment Orders

Assist technicians with picking and scanning equipment to fulfil customer orders accurately.
Help prepare equipment for upcoming projects and deployments.
Ensure equipment is tracked correctly throughout the fulfilment process.

Manage Equipment Returns

Assist technicians with the return of equipment following projects and events.
Report damaged equipment and shortages promptly to ensure inventory accuracy.
Support the ongoing maintenance of accurate stock records.

Maintain Inventory Accuracy

Assist with stock takes and inventory management activities.
Help maintain accurate stock levels across warehouse operations.
Support best practices that improve organisation and accountability.

Coordinate Logistics

Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely.
Communicate professionally with colleagues, couriers, and delivery drivers.
Help ensure equipment moves smoothly through the warehouse operation.

What You Bring

Experience working within a warehouse environment.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
A methodical approach to work and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Confidence and resilience when working under pressure.
The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Competency with Microsoft Office 365.
Stock-taking experience is desirable.
A forklift licence is preferred.
Experience working with event audio, video, or lighting equipment is preferred.

Schedule

This is a zero-hours position with no guaranteed minimum number of working hours.
Shifts will be offered based on business and project requirements.
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays is desirable, depending on operational needs.
Working hours will vary and will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
