Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring smooth operations on the floor. The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting. This position offers valuable experience in the hospitality or retail industry and is suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with their enquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floor area to ensure a tidy environment
Restock supplies and organise stock as needed
Support team members with setting up and clearing away equipment or displays
Monitor customer flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently where applicable
Provide information about products or services to enhance customer experience
Assist in opening or closing procedures to prepare the venue for operation or closure

Experience

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Organised with good attention to detail
Flexibility to work during busy periods, including weekends if necessary
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the team

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
