Full job description

Hours of work: 15 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
(As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)
Fixed term: Until July 2027

Are you a highly organised, friendly, and detail-orientated professional looking for a rewarding role from September in a dynamic school environment?

Buxted CE Primary School are looking for a school office administrator for our busy front office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing essential support to children, staff and parents. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, engaging professionally and positively within your role.

You’ll be the kind of person who is efficient, happy to take the initiative, calm under pressure and enjoys the buzz of a busy office.

You’ll need to be computer literate with competent typing skills and ideally office administration experience although this does not need to be in a school setting. Full training will be given.

The position will be for two days a week (15 hours) - 8.00am to 4.00pm. The salary will be paid pro-rata.
