About Us:
John Luffman Trading Ltd is a well-established civil engineering; haulage aggregate sales company. We are a friendly company committed to providing excellent service to our clients. We are currently looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
Manage the reception area to maintain a clean and organized environment
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
