Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focus on providing great food and service to customers. To do this we need fabulous people and we work hard to create an environment where our team members feel engaged, inspired, valued and enjoy what they do.

What you’ll be doing…
As a Hospitality and Events Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our service, supporting a wide range of corporate and high-profile events with professionalism, warmth, and precision.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about creating memorable moments through outstanding service

Set up meeting rooms and refreshment stations to Lexington’s high standards
Welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience
Assist with buffet-style lunches and dinners, ensuring presentation and service excellence
Support fine dining events, canapé receptions, and drinks services with finesse
Contribute to the success of high-profile functions and corporate events
Deliver premium hospitality services to clients and guests with attention to detail
Serve food and beverages with care, precision, and a smile
Maintain a polished, welcoming atmosphere across all event and meeting spaces
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards at all times
Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures

Working Pattern: 5 out 7 days, 0-40 hours p/w

Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and hygiene standards
