Full job description

Leda Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction and engineering business for an experienced Administrator to provide vital support to a busy Programme Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive administrator looking for an immediate start temporary assignment within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Working closely with a Senior Programme Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of departmental operations and project activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining project documentation and records
Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management
Coordinating internal and external communications
Assisting with project administration and reporting
Scheduling meetings and managing diaries where required
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Supporting operational processes and departmental efficiency
Liaising with stakeholders and responding to enquiries

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a Senior Administrator, Project Administrator or Office Manager position
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
The ability to prioritise workload and work independently
Experience supporting senior management teams
A proactive and professional approach
