Full job description

Customer Care Co-Ordinator

This is a highly customer-focused role, responsible for delivering an excellent level of customer service and ensuring customers and clients are kept informed, supported and satisfied throughout the customer care process. The role involves building positive relationships with customers, housebuilders and site agents, while coordinating works efficiently and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Day to day Customer Care for major house builders and private customers which includes managing and scheduling of the daily customer care diary, making sure works are scheduled, completed and rebooked where necessary
Answer incoming calls and liaising with customers, site agents, merchants, engineers, housebuilders and private customers to ensure works run smoothly
Manage incoming emails and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner
Organise site works, snagging and remedial works requested by the site agents
Provide updates to housebuilders once works have been completed, including filling out a report and updating online portals
Invoicing of chargeable works
Liaising with manufacturers to arrange warranty calls and parts
Order materials from allocated merchants where required, maintaining the Excel records
Manage health and safety records – toolbox talks, site inspections, yearly sign-up forms and annual SMAS renewal
General office admin

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
