Full job description

Overview:
Hebs Group Ltd. is looking for a Small Works Estimator to join our Estimating and Quotes Team. The ideal candidate will have strong maths and communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This role requires excellent coordination abilities and a passion for providing outstanding support to our team, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

Our regular operating hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Use Job Tracker Pro throughout the quote building and issuing process.
Extract relevant information from site survey information and client quote requests.
Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers when required as part of quote building process
Prepare and submit client-specific quotations, detailing labour, access, and material requirements.
Work proactively and resourcefully to manage workload, ensuring attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor job costs on live quotes, both in progress and upon completion.
Liaise daily with office staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients where applicable.
Manage inbound calls and emails professionally, communicating clearly and confidently.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Strong numerical skills are beneficial.

Holiday entitlement:

21 days pro-rata plus Bank Holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
