Full job description

We are seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager / Designate to lead our new domiciliary care service through the full CQC registration process.

Konkinent Healthcare Services Ltd is a newly incorporated provider. Our registered office is in London, but all operations and service delivery are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We have already purchased QCS policies and have a clear business plan. We are building from scratch and currently have no clients — this role is focused entirely on setting up the service and achieving CQC approval.

Working Arrangement

This is a start‑up role: hybrid / remote working during the registration phase, with regular calls and occasional face‑to‑face meetings in Leeds. A permanent local base will be arranged once registration is confirmed.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and submit the full CQC registration application and Statement of Purpose

* Review and finalise all policies and procedures to meet CQC Fundamental Standards

* Act as our Registered Person / Designated Manager with the CQC

* Advise on compliance, risk assessments, and inspection preparation

* Transition to full‑time operational management once the service is approved and clients are on board

Requirements

* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care

* Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and QCS systems

* Valid Enhanced DBS certificate

* Recent references and up‑to‑date mandatory training

Payment Terms

* Fixed fee for registration: £1,200 – £1,800 total

* Payment in stages:

* £250 on signing agreement

* £500 when application is submitted

* Remaining balance only when CQC confirms registration

* Once registered and operational, the role converts to full‑time permanent with a salary of £38,000 – £45,000 per year.

Pay: £1,200.00-£45,676.73 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Leeds LS17 7SE
