Full job description

Role Overview

Manage insurance portfolios while delivering tailored risk management solutions and exceptional client service.

Duties

Manage and optimise existing insurance portfolios to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Develop customised insurance solutions by analysing client needs and market options.
Engage in proactive sales activities, including telemarketing and outreach, to attract new clients.
Conduct negotiations with clients and insurers to secure favourable terms and coverage options.
Provide comprehensive customer service, addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
Assist with marketing initiatives to promote our insurance products and services effectively.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities using appropriate administration systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and adherence to compliance standards.

Skills

Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual), with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in sales administration or insurance sales is highly desirable.
Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and market trends for tailored solutions.
Exceptional customer service capabilities, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to the insurance industry.
Experience in telemarketing or outbound sales campaigns is advantageous.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
