Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Holiday Camp Manager to oversee the daily operations of our seasonal camp. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a vibrant hospitality environment, delivering exceptional guest services while managing organisational tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the holiday camp, including activities, accommodation, and guest services
Lead and motivate a team of staff and volunteers to ensure high standards of service and safety
Develop programmes and activities suitable for diverse age groups and interests
Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently, ensuring smooth guest experiences
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain health and safety protocols in line with regulatory requirements
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of facilities to uphold hygiene standards
Organise staff rotas, training sessions, and team meetings to promote a cohesive working environment

Qualifications

Proven management experience within the hospitality or leisure sector
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Experience in guest services with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to holiday camps or similar settings is desirable
Be able to work on the following dates from 945am to 215pm:
Week 1 - 27th - 30th July
Week 2 - 3rd - 6th Aug
Week 3 - 10th - 13th Aug

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
