BOOKING & RESERVATIONS MANAGER

Up to £38,000 OTE | £32,000–£34,000 basic + service charge + bonus

We're looking for a warm, organised and proactive Booking & Reservations Manager to join our flagship Hoste venue in Canary Wharf.

Service charge and performance bonus (up to £38,000 OTE)

Key Responsibilities

Manage all guest bookings, group enquiries and private events from initial enquiry through to completion.
Respond promptly and professionally to guests by phone, email and in person.
Coordinate table plans, pre-orders and event logistics with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Maintain accurate booking records using systems such as ResDiary, OpenTable or SevenRooms.
Maximise revenue through effective diary management and upselling premium experiences.
Build lasting relationships with guests that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in reservations, events or guest relations within quality hospitality.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Confidence using booking platforms and CRM systems.
A positive, professional attitude with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, food and people.
