What will this role achieve?
The Talent & Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery of talent, engagement and development activity across UK&I, ensuring initiatives are well-coordinated, consistently executed and experienced positively by colleagues and managers.
Reporting into the Head of Talent, the role works closely with Learning, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and the wider Talent Team, acting as an execution and coordination engine that helps plans land well and deliver impact.
The role also partners with Global Talent colleagues to support the delivery of global initiatives (such as the Engagement Survey and Management Excellence Survey) ensuring local coordination, data accuracy and strong follow-through.
This is a delivery-focused role, not a strategic or governance position. The emphasis is on coordination, execution, insight and momentum.
Key Accountabilities
Talent & Capability Coordination
- Support the Head of Talent and Talent Team in coordinating talent and capability initiatives across UK&I.

Work closely with Learning and the L&D CoE to support planning, scheduling and delivery of development activity, particularly soft skills and manager capability programmes.

Co-ordinate assessment days, career conversations activity and internal talent processes below leadership level, working in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs.

Maintain trackers and oversight of agreed talent activity, providing regular updates and insights to the Talent Team.
Employee Engagement & Survey Delivery
- Co-ordinate UK&I delivery of engagement related activity, including the annual Engagement Survey and Management Excellence Survey, in close partnership with Global Talent colleagues.

Support local survey administration, communications, timelines and data accuracy.

Review and analyse engagement data, identifying themes and insights to support action planning at local and functional level.

Support tracking of engagement actions and progress, helping ensure sustained momentum rather than one off activity
Global Talent & Top Employer Initiatives
- Act as the UK&I coordination point for agreed global talent initiatives, working with Global Talent counterparts to support alignment and delivery.

Coordinate and support Top Employer activities, including data collation, validation, submissions and follow up actions, working with relevant HR and CoE stakeholders.

Ensure deadlines, inputs and outputs are clearly managed and communicated.
Communication & Delivery Support
- Support the creation and coordination of clear communications related to talent, engagement and development activity.

Ensure initiatives are translated into clear, practical actions that land effectively with managers and colleagues.

Support onboarding and colleague experience activity where it links directly to engagement and talent priorities.
Operational Support & Insight
- Maintain accurate data, trackers and documentation related to talent and engagement activity.

Collate insights and learning from activity delivery to inform future planning.

Support HRBPs and HR Generalists by providing coordination, data and practical input into projects and change initiatives where required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience coordinating or supporting HR, talent, engagement or development initiatives.

Strong planning, organisation and follow through skills.

Comfortable working with data, trackers and deadlines.

Clear and confident communicator.

Delivery focused, practical and detail orientated.

Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience working with engagement surveys or global HR initiatives.

Exposure to manufacturing or operational environments.

CIPD Level 3 or working towards CIPD Level 5.
