We work closely with local authorities, police, Business Improvement Districts, businesses, and other partners to create connected networks and deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference to communities.
About the role
We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of a portfolio of partnerships across London.
This is a strategic and operational role, responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing contract delivery, supporting staff, and ensuring our partnerships continue to provide value to businesses, local authorities, police, and communities.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and wider leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day partnership delivery while identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned partnerships, ensuring contractual obligations are met, relationships remain strong, and services continue to evolve in response to local needs.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, leading teams, managing projects, and making a tangible difference to communities through partnership working.
In this role, you will:
Partnership Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Business Crime Reduction Partnerships and other projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, Business Improvement Districts, local authorities, police forces, and other stakeholders
- Chair and facilitate partnership meetings, working groups, and stakeholder forums
- Develop and implement local partnership plans, initiatives, and priorities
- Ensure member businesses receive a high-quality service and remain actively engaged in partnership activities
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and improve service delivery
Contract and Performance Management
- Manage the delivery of partnership contracts and service agreements
- Monitor performance against contractual objectives, KPIs, and service standards
- Produce reports, presentations, and updates for clients, boards, and stakeholders
- Support contract renewals and contribute to business development opportunities
- Monitor partnership budgets and expenditure, supporting financial forecasting and planning
- Ensure accurate records are maintained relating to contracts, stakeholders, performance, and project delivery
Team Leadership and Support
- Provide day-to-day management and support to Crime Reduction Officers and Intelligence Development Officers
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews
- Support staff development through coaching, training, and mentoring
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new team members
Crime Reduction and Intelligence-Led Delivery
- Support the development and delivery of crime prevention and community safety initiatives
- Work closely with intelligence and operational teams to identify emerging crime trends and issues
- Ensure intelligence-led approaches are embedded within partnership activity
- Support the implementation of initiatives designed to reduce crime, anti-social behaviour, and vulnerability
- Represent Safer Business Network at partnership meetings, operational groups, and external events
Multi-Agency Working
- Work closely with partner agencies to support coordinated responses to crime and community safety issues
- Support the sharing of intelligence and information between businesses, police, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to partnership responses to emerging threats, major incidents, and public safety concerns
- Help ensure businesses remain informed and connected to relevant partnership activity
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing partnerships, projects, contracts, or stakeholder relationships
- Has experience leading, supervising, or supporting staff
- Is confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Has strong organisational and project management skills
- Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is confident presenting to groups, facilitating meetings, and representing an organisation externally
- Is commercially aware and comfortable discussing performance, budgets, and contract delivery
- Has an interest in community safety, crime prevention, partnership working, or business engagement
- Is willing to undertake a DBS check
You do not need to have worked within a Business Crime Reduction Partnership before to apply. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and experience in partnership management, project management, local government, policing, business improvement, community safety, security, membership organisations, or related sectors.
It would be great if you also have:

- Experience delivering presentations, training, or stakeholder engagement events
Why work with us
- Be part of a small, supportive, and purpose-driven team
- Hybrid working, with a mix of office, partner meetings, site visits, and home working

- 25 days annual leave, plus UK bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday
- NEST pension scheme with employer contributions
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on businesses and communities across London
