With a strong focus on crafting exceptional products and delivering unparalleled customer experiences, we are searching for a visionary Social Media Content Creator to elevate our brand in the digital world.

Role Overview

If you have a flair for creativity, a clear understanding of strategy, and a passion for engaging communities, this could be the role for you. As Social Media Manager, you will lead our social presence with innovation and precision.

You will evaluate and modernise our current platforms and content, transforming ideas into impactful campaigns that showcase our fine teas, coffees, and hot chocolates to a global audience.

This dynamic role is an exciting blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on community management. You will represent the voice of our brand online and play a critical part in shaping our digital growth and customer connections.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and contribute to sales growth.
Platform Management: Oversee social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube, while staying ahead of emerging trends and opportunities.
Creative Content Development: Plan, design, and deliver engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity and values.
Community Management: Foster meaningful connections by interacting daily with followers, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating loyalty among our online audience.
Advertising Campaigns: Create and optimise paid advertising campaigns, leveraging performance data to refine strategies for maximum impact.
Influencer Communication & Gifting: Develop relationships with influencers and creators, manage product gifting and outreach, identify new collaboration opportunities, and oversee the TikTok affiliate programme.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated individual with the following qualities and experience:

Proven expertise in social media management, with a strong history of successful campaigns.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, trends, and best practices.
Experience using social media scheduling and management tools such as Later, Hootsuite, etc.
Experience in influencer communication, gifting, and managing affiliate partnerships.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A creative mindset and meticulous eye for detail, especially in graphic design and content creation.
The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
A passion for storytelling, branding, and delivering impactful digital experiences.

Working Hours & Location

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm.
Location: Based in the picturesque village of Pluckley, Ashford, Kent. Due to the rural setting, driving is essential, as public transportation access is limited.
